History
| Personal History | Alexei was born the oldest of three children to Relix and Lvidia Joran on Betazed near Lake El' Nar in 2357. He practically grew up on the lake, where he developed his love for the water and water sports along with other outdoor activities. In 2375, upon completing high school, he entered the University of Betazed, graduating in the top ten percent of his class in 2379. The following year, he applied and was accepted to Starfleet Academy, where he majored in engineering with a specialty in warp theory and propulsion. |
