Physical Description Sarah stands a little above the average height for a human female though not by much and it is not the first thing you notice
due to the confidence with which she carries herself. When she walks into a room every eye turns toward her, period, whether they stay on her is the only remaining question.

She has a cool, collected aura about her that just draws the attention of the people around her, something she utilized to the utmost affect and to ensure that she has few issues with others.

Sarah wears her Brunette hair about shoulder length, the streaks of deep red that run through it framing her almond shaped face and offering a drastic contrast to her emerald green eyes.

Personality & Traits

General Overview Above anything and everyone else Sarah knows her own value and what she brings both to Starfleet as a whole and to the individual vessels on which she serves. She knows that she has well earned the respect that she demands from everyone, from her lowest subordinate all the way up to her CO, and when that respect is not given she becomes the absolute worst nightmare to work with.

Once its proven that you have earned it Sarah is one of the kindest and most genuine souls and individuals there is to work with, often going out of her way to ensure the success of others to the point that she has been known to sacrifice recognition for a task that she was part of in order to lift up her subordinates in their efforts.

She is quick on her feet and adapts easily to swiftly changing situations, often being the one to come up with solutions that while unorthodox always end up maximizing the amount of people that come out the other side unharmed and in one piece.

As a whole there are no indications of any sort of Psychological trauma or hardship that are evident, a skilled and observant eye will be able to discern the hairline fractures that exist in that outer facade that she constantly maintains however.

She is extremely dedicated and loyal to her crew and her friends, often to a fault, and will take extraordinary personal risk in order to ensure that those she cares about come to no harm. (This is most heavily showcased during recent events on board the U.S.S. Odyssey where she locked every crew member but herself out of Main Engineering and then proceeded to single-handedly fine tune and prevent a Warp Core meltdown to ensure the safe return of the Odyssey to the Sol Drydock)

She is far from the most trusting of individuals, visibly keeping all but her most trusted friends at arms length, though somehow this does not cause her issues when it comes to working with Commanding Officers (It has however occasionally caused friction with subordinates).

Ambitions Sarah has long endeavored to become head of Engineering on a Starship going into the depths of the Final Frontier. Beyond that she wants nothing more than to find someone that she can trust with every single aspect of herself and be loved by for who she is.

History

Personal History Born Sarah Elizabeth Kruschyev to two parents from Northern Europe Sarah grew up in a rural Russian town that despite its size and location hosted a small Starfleet outpost that was used to do some more advanced research on developing technologies, specifically dealing with a new type of Matter Antimatter Reactor that is more efficient and produces more power. Her father was Starfleet through and through and when she was 10 her father was assigned to an Intrepid class Starship that was to be the testing ground for the new reactor that he had been working on in the research site.

She applied to and was accepted to Starfleet Academy at the age of 16, following a similar path to Wesley Crusher years ago on the USS Enterprise. Having grown up with the Chief Engineer of a starship she was thoroughly versed in the functions and protocols of Starship living and adjusted well to the Starfleet Academy lifestyle. She graduated at the top of her class at the Academy at the age of 23 and though all of her instructors pushed her to pursue the Command line of duties she chose to go into Engineering due to her personal love of being around the Reactors and the more technical aspects of a Starship and Modern Technology as a whole. Her father had taught her the basics of Engineering and Warp Theory at an early age, often sneaking her into the research facility when he could and showing her how things actually worked rather than relying on what school textbooks and instructors were teaching.
Service Record 2381- Top of her Class at Starfleet Academy.
2381- Awarded her first Starfleet Silver Life Saving Medal for going above and beyond the call of duty on a rescue operation involving a damaged freighter trapped in a decaying orbit of a massive Class M Star
2381- Assigned to the USS Shiakaze as an Ensign Grade Engineering Officer, began to actually specialize in Warp Theory
2384- Awarded Second Starfleet Silver Life Saving Medal for efforts to aid a colony struck by a nanovirus that was ravaging the populace of the colony. She came up with a low power field generator that worked in tandem with the Colony power generation and shielding systems that created a consistent resonant pulse that deactivated the virus.
2384- Lt. JG as a Senior Engineering Officer with a specialty in Warp Theory on board the USS Shiakaze
2386- Awarded third Silver Life Saving Medal for personally putting herself at risk without a team to rescue the sole surviving members of a crew stranded on a heavily irradiated cargo hauler that was trapped in a gravity well that was drawing the ship and its doomed survivors into an ancient mine field.
2387- Promoted to Lieutenant to accompany her third Silver Life Saving Medal, Assigned to the USS Odyssey as a Senior Engineering Officer and Warp Core Technician
2391- Awarded Starfleet Command Decoration for Valor with Combat Cluster for efforts taken during combat to safely evacuate the entirety of the Odyssey Engineering staff while ensuring that a core breach was averted, allowing the Odyssey crew members to pull off a clutch victory in battle and then limp back to the safety of a Starbase.
2391- Assigned to the USS Redemption as Assistant Chief Engineering Officer.
